Become a volunteer at Hanson House Foundation and make a meaningful difference in the lives of families during some of their most challenging times. Volunteers support our Front Desk through 4-hour shifts, welcoming guests, assisting with check-ins, and helping create the warm, caring environment that makes Hanson House a true home away from home. We also have opportunities to assist with community outreach, gardening, game nights, baking, general maintenance, fundraising events, marketing, administrative support, and more.

Volunteers are needed year-round, but summer is our greatest time of need. As many of our regular volunteers travel during the summer months, additional helping hands ensure every family continues to receive the compassionate care, support, and welcoming atmosphere Hanson House is known for.

Hanson House is also a wonderful opportunity for high school and college students seeking community service or volunteer hours while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others. Please note that Hanson House Foundation is unable to accept volunteers completing court-ordered or mandated community service hours.
