Non-Clinical Case Manager – Family Support Services | Palm Springs, CA | Full-Time

Position Summary

This non-clinical role supports families during medical crises by providing resource guidance, compassionate care, and service coordination. Organized as 60% case management, 20% operations, and 20% fundraising, the position ensures a smooth guest experience and supports program growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
Non-Clinical Case Management (60%)
• Provide trauma-informed support and assess family needs
• Connect families to non-clinical resources and services
• Coordinate workshops and maintain resource library
• Track outcomes and support reporting

Operations Support (20%)
• Support intake and guest experience with staff and volunteers
• Assist with communication across teams and workflow improvements

Fundraising Support (20%)
• Collect impact stories and data for grants and donors
• Support events and outreach efforts

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (BA or BA in Psychology preferred). At least 2 years of experience working with families in crisis or in medical settings. Experience in nonprofit environments and operations is required. Ability to delegate tasks effectively and manage priorities. Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills. Strong communication and public relations skills. Ability to build and nurture community and healthcare partnerships. Highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills. Bilingual is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 depending on experience.
